Hi
I got ProGear HX1050+ some time ago and recently found time to work on it's support.
Today I sent patch to LKML which add backlight support in proper way. Patch is based on your progear-lcd driver.
Currently I have installed Debian 'etch' and testing release of Ångström distribution [1]. I'm thinking about using progear as kind of tasks/todo manager device for my desk.

contents. Looks like the VHOST service doesn't work
properly.
Any links to subpages gives 404 - example:

I'm one of admins of OpenZaurus project. I switched our
website to MySQL 4.1 when it was announced and all was
working ok.
Since some days all what we usually get is "too many
connections" from PHP mysql_error() and our website is
not available for users.

Qt/Embedded 2.3.10 is "2310" in preprocessor so checking
for "QT_VERSION < 300" does not work as expected.
Attached patch fix it by changing all checking with
"QT_VERSION < 0x30000" as it should be done.

Qt/Embedded 2.3.2 on SharpROM reported font sizes 10
times as large as they are in reality.
OpenZaurus 3.5.3 and Familiar 0.8.1 will be released with
Qt/Embedded 2.3.10 where it was changed - attached
patch fix Portabase behaviour so user can select correct
font size in prefs.

In OpenEmbedded we have justreader 2.0k. It was
included in OpenZaurus 3.5.2 and Familiar 0.8.
Many users complain that JR doesn't save settings.
After checking it looks that it save them in
$HOME/Choices/common/ which is non-standard place in
Qtopia based enviroments (it's rather RISC OS way).
I added patch which change it to $HOME/Settings/ like
it is in other stuff.

That database was generated by Deutsche Bahn
PersonalTimeline service. I didn't loaded it to Palm - I plan to
write program which will use some PDB databases (already
generated by other services).
Good to know that UID == 0 is incorrect and fixable by PalmOS
itself.

With Fahrplan databases all records have UID=0 so no
class reports that there are no records.
I changed function LoadRecord to use 'Offset' instead
of 'UID' as key in $this->Records*.
