ReversiFlex 1.1.0 has been released and is available for download. ReversiFlex is a Reversi clone for Windows. You can customize boards and add walls. You can also play against a simple AI player.
This is the second release of ReversiFlex. You can now save games and starting boards. Some sample boards are included.

Try pressing F5 after inserting the random walls. Does that make them show up?.

The .rfb sample files as ReversiFlex boards, which are made to be loaded from the "Load Starting Board" option on the "Options" menu.
