Matthew Moore has brought it to my attention that "undesirable" material was being stored in my directory area w/out my knowledge by a 3rd party. He has suggested that I change permissions on my project to make those areas not world-writable.
I would appreciate your help in making that happen, since I don't know how to do that.

XQEngine is a Java component for searching collections of XML documents that uses an XQuery front end. This release fixes several bugs, including a namespace-related bug reported by Danny Ayers, adds a dozen new junit tests, and implements XQuery if-then-else functionality, among others. The preceding two versions (0.64 and 0.65) were internal releases.
