defining the shader program directly in the url field does not work,
example:

Hello,
The tool windows size ("Search an Replace", "Search", "Dialog") is often very small (probably zero) under compiz. It seams to be not recognized from this window manager.

Starting iriverter from ubuntu (Ubuntu 7.10 - the Gutsy Gibbon)

I commented out the second line (in t/xvals.t). Then it works.
line 2:#kill INT,$$ if $ENV{UNDER_DEBUGGER}; # Useful for debugging.
