Hi,
is there a way to run iaxmodem together with FreeSWITCH?
FS currently supports iax only without registration.
Thanks, Klaus.

FYI, the cvs commands didn't work for me. I used this:
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@t38modem.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/t38modem co -D "8/1/2009 23:59:59" -P t38modem
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@t38modem.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/t38modem co -D "7/29/2009 23:59:59" -P t38modem.

I downloaded t38modem trunk end of August (which still says version 1.1.1) and there I got the following error with 3.6.6:
./obj_linux_x86_64_opal/sipep.o:(.data.rel.ro._ZTV15MySIPConnection[vtable for MySIPConnection]+0x458): undefined reference to `SIPConnection::OnUseRTPSession(unsigned int, OpalMediaType const&, OpalTransportAddress const&, OpalTransportAddress&)'.

And also v1.1 doesn't compile with 3.6.6 and 2.6.5.

No, this only works from 3.6.1 - 3.6.3 and 2.6.1 - 2.6.3
I didn't get t38modem to work with opal >= 3.6.4.

Forgot to mention: I use opal 3.6.6 and ptlib 2.6.5.

Thanks for the info.
But then this recognition doesn't work for me. With 1.1 I hear a fax tone when I call. With 1.2 I just hear silence.
Is there another way to force it?.

Hi,
I've added a second IP to eth0 (called eth:1) and used this as SIP-interface to t38modem.
Registration works, but if the modem gets a call I can see in the logs that libopal uses eth0 and not eth0:1, the one I specified.
I need this because my SIP/ISDN gateway currently doesn't support two SIP clients on the same host (the first one is my PBX).
Thanks, Klaus.

Hi,
is there any chance to get --sip-old-asn back?
My SIP/ISDN gateway only works with this switch.
Thanks, Klaus.

Thanks for the hint, but the new Lancom firmware 7.7 RC1 fixes the problem.
With this new firmware I can use t38modem >= 1.0.0
Regards, Klaus.
