It would be useful to be able to search for spans of text
that have a particular class annotation &/or slot values already associated with them,
or not associated with them.
Example:
Say that in the ontology the class "protein" has slots "UniProtID" and
"TaxonID".
In a document, there are many mentions of the string "p53",
