There is definittly a memory leak and that is probably the
reason it crashed, the partition got full because net-snmp
dumped its core in it though.
Maybe I should have read all the bug-reports before I posted
this one, sorry...

I use FreeBSD 4.10 and NET-SNMP v 5.2.
I have seen NET-SNMP crash a couple of times on
different machines but never bothered to check it out
since it doesnt happen regulary (never seen it crash
twice on the same machine).
This time backtrace with gdb gave:
