nope this actually turned off cvs entirely. no icon
overlays. no nothing except the cvs (prefs|help|about) menu.
also wat do you mean by you cannot verify it urself. is this
not happening at your end ??.

included and excluded folders arnt working at all in
this release.
first i had set D:\Clients in the included folders
which didnt seem to have any effect (excluded was
empty). after which i added all the remaining drives
into the excluded which didnt seem to have any effect
either.
