When workbench performs CTL integration "Install" command, any Mediator objects will dispatch this command to their resources via nodedispatch, which shouldn't happen.
The Install command invoked by Workbench should be changed to another command (as was done with "Purge", converted to "object-deployment-uninstall")
OR
The Install command should be invoked with specific implementation...
