In order to tell the difference between a "working" and a "pending" task you have to take a look at the number of resources assigned to it. This is the "trick" used by the GridTask tool.
It seems you are using a legacy version of the API. Any particular reason for that?
In any case, if you use ApiTask you can make a call to this method:

If a tracker item is written using any non-english characters (like á, é, í, ó, ú) those characters are not included in email notifications, rendering them very difficult to understand.

When a wiki is exported to html, the frame structure is not exported, thus making navigation through different pages impossible.
The zip file contains:
