The install-slashsite script does not create the mysite_error_log
and mysite_access_log files that are referenced from the
mysite.conf file created for the site. Thus by default, no logging
happens for a freshly installed site. The install-slashsite script
should create those two files.

Two Perl modules are missing from Bundle::Slash. The first one,
Lingua::Stem, makes the installation of Slash impossible. The
second one, HTML::PopupTreeSelect, makes it impossible to run
the admin.pl script resulting in a 500 HTTP error. These two
modules need to be added to Bundle::Slash. HTML::
PopupTreeSelect also has a dependency on HTML::Template.
