There was an error on enabling the iPhone code in Irrlicht.cpp. Which when fixed illuminated other compile errors. The attached fixes the minor problems to get the iPhone, and simulator, port working again.

Some previous changes that finally turned on anisotropy caused some compile errors on iPhone. This fixes them to use the correct symbols and add the missing members in the extension handler. Also included is getting the TU count dynamically instead of hard wiring the count.

Adds an iPhone specific device and corresponding patches to the OGLES1 driver.
NOTE: This is a first pass, but is tested and working with my code base for Hedronism. One particular item missing is that currently a window needs to be created and passed in to create the device. This is not a great loss for the iPhone since the window is customarily created with the UI layout system.
