Minor fixes to make ogles video compile on iPhone after 1.7 merge.

There was an error on enabling the iPhone code in Irrlicht.cpp. Which when fixed illuminated other compile errors. The attached fixes the minor problems to get the iPhone, and simulator, port working again.
