There was a related question a while ago:

I don't think response to oxidative stress should be is_a redox homeostasis; I'm not sure about part_of. We still don't have very many other response/homeostasis links. More importantly, a response to oxidative stress (cellular or otherwise) is mainly about limiting...

OK, will probably do some editing tomorrow (grant stuff today ...).

I don't think it should be is_a regulation of biological process, but I'll get D&T to look at it.

No objections; it does make sense. A somewhat related stray thought, though: would it also be worth changing the word "messenger" in the definition of the top 'receptor activity' term? I'm not sure the "messenger" characterization works for endocytosed stuff any better than calling endocytic receptors "signal transducers" .... not a big deal, just something that popped into my head.

added
response to interleukin-9 GO:0071104
response to interleukin-11 GO:0071105
response to interleukin-6 was added fairly recently; it's GO:0070741.

OK, fixed now. I added DNA conformation change GO:0071103, and made it the only parent of geometric change, and an additional change for topological change and DNA packaging.

You definitely don't want "inorganic diphosphate transmembrane transporter activity" (GO:0030504) -- that one refers to just plain diphosphate anion, P2O7 (-1 or -2).
The compound in the paper is more correctly called adenosine 3',5'-bisphosphate, because it has two separate phosphates attached, one on the 3'- and one on the 5'-O. See...
