Sorry...It was not Notepad plug-in that had stopped to work, it was the update site.
Error message from Eclipse:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Missing requirement: 1241469745289 0.0.0.1241469745289 requires 'br.jgesser.notepad.feature.feature.group [1.0.2]' but it could not be found.

After updating from Eclipse 3.5M6 to 3.5M7, Notepad stopped to work.

I added the update site: http://redmin-mylyncon.sourceforge.net/update-site/nightly/
but eclipse doesn't show me any plugin, no error message.
The same if I try to download the local update file.
Also, I tried to download the plugin and add it to the dropins folder, but it doesn't work also. I got the follow error:

May be there are some missing files in gnu.regexp plugin...

Caused by: java.util.MissingResourceException: Can't find bundle for base
name gnu/regexp/MessagesBundle, locale en_US

After downloaded a jar (gnu-regexp-1.1.4.jar) from:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/gnu-regexp/gnu-regexp/1.1.4/
and copied it to [jedit/jars] it worked again.
