The 10 initial user defined areas were chosen more or less at random. I expect most users would want to change the actual areas. That's all you need to do is to position a window where you want it to be, then in SwapScreen press 'Change' for the corresponding area and then drag the cross-hairs over the window you had previously positioned and press OK..
