    If you have 2 screens of the same resolution arranged left and right, and you have the taskbar at the bottom, then I would expect the behavior you are seeing. What's happening is that it is trying to find the smallest rectangle that covers all of the usable screen space on all of your monitors.     The 10 initial user defined areas were chosen more or less at random. I expect most users would want to change the actual areas. That's all you need to do is to position a window where you want it to be, then in SwapScreen press 'Change' for the corresponding area and then drag the cross-hairs over the window you had previously positioned and press OK..
