improvements for fileutil::traverse

This patch improves the fileutil::traverse package in several ways. The changes are documented in the man page traverse.man and in the Changelog. The version number of the traverse package has been bumped to 0.5, which is also reflected in pkgIndex. Added -w/-c support to check_ups_battery

The attached patch adds support for warning/critical checks to check_ups_battery. It is actually only implemented for "upsEstimatedMinutesRemaining", but should be easily extensible to others. The wanted parameter (amongst 7) has to be selected with "-i #", where number is 1..7. To get the previous behaviour you have to specify '-i 0'.
