Hi Tim, Sorry for the delayed response. Could you provide the "chado-adapter.xml", style, and tier files you're using and perhaps access to the database (rather than having to provide a dump) so that I can investigate this issue? Thanks.

The restriction enzyme data file is now packaged in the jar and extracted when running in Web Start mode.
