I'm sorry to hear about that,but it cleans only files in the temp folder,its recommended to save your files to disk and closing all running programs before deleting temp files.These programs store files in the temp folder while they are running,they are saved in other locations only after the program is closed.So you might lose unsaved files or settings changes.
I'm sure that it deletes only...

Windows Powertools was built in .net 2.0,which i understand is not supported by ReactOS,so i guess it has to be ported to Java or something similar,but since i don't get much free time for developing Windows Powertools,at the moment i don't see this possible.But i think a collaboration with wintools could be possible,i'll have to see.
