Browser caching caused some installations of HumanAuth to display old images. This caused the page to show you the wrong images and ask you to choose which ones were right. The only way to have gotten around it was to read the text.
This forum has the code snippets for those who are experiencing the problem since it may get reported as a bug.

Intersting idea, though I think that might cause more of a security risk than increase it. By providing the types of images to click, a script can simply look at the image alt tags or the ADA screen reader text to know where that image is located.
