I can see where the confusion is... however, the correct WebDAV.NET server framework license is the one displayed on the main page (https://sourceforge.net/projects/webdav/). I've opened up a help desk ticket with SourceForge to see if they can resolve the discrepancy.
With regards to an LPGL license, please send me an email and we can discuss options.
