If that is a real proxy and not an open port you can simply hope that is a socks proxy.
In that case you can simply set its pair address/port as socks proxy in the proxy configuration window, if you usually need to provide user/password to connect to that proxy select "socks 5" mode and specify them, otherwise select "socks 4".
