Functional suggestion:
- Instantiating a template may create a document managed as others documents, rather than a sending mail
- Mailing may be an action available on any document, as editing or deleting.
Technical suggestion:
The PHP package “TinyButStrong OOO” is dedicated to create OpenOffice document based on templates.
