My company is using iText# to embed a flash movie (swf) inside a pdf so that our customers can easily distribute interactive pdfs of their documents. Initially we were using a Screen annotation (PDF 1.5) which was already supported in iText# and worked reasonably well on Windows and Adobe Acrobat 8 and higher. However this didn't work on Mac at all because of some bug in Adobe Reader or Flash...
