The method getMetadataResourceInstance() of EXIFMetadataResourceFactory opens two file handles to the file to examine. This is a problem in my project because after reading the metadata, my software tries to rename this file which fails if there are open handles to this file.
My solution was to replace the current implementation of the getMetadataResourceInstance() method to the following:

Hello,
I tried to run one of the JHeader examples, namely the GetAllTags program. Using one of my images, the program throws an exception with the "Unexpected end of JPEG file" message.
I think that this problem is due to the fact that a certain JPEG section in this file is not correctly understood by the program, so I post this as a feature request.
