No, RivalBB is not dead. Infact, it is very much alive and progressing nicely. I would estimate that about 15% of the underlying code is working or in development. I have completed a basic setup script and the HTML portion is looking pretty.
Two new developers have joined the project, but do not have sourceforge ids. It seems that we will not be using sourceforge for most of the project...
