i've signed up to mailing lists using my
xxx@users.sourceforge.net address. i can receive list
mails fine but a bit of trouble with posting. when i post
to the list using my regular e-mail client, i get a reply
that my message needs to be approved by the

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question. I have been given an mySQL logon and a blank database by my ISP. i want to use php to write pages that access the database, but i want to restrict access to those pages by making clients authenticate first using SSL. is phpMyAdmin the place to start? i'm wondering, will i likely be adding my users to my database as mySQL users? or would...

hi, thanks for the info. sending with a different e-mail provider
does seem to get past SpamAssassin. b.t.w., i am using
regular english-version Outlook Express on WindowsXP SP2
but don't know what the SMTP server (provided by an ISP in
Japan) might be up to.
