I discovered that the feed does not properly define the title attribute, and so it looks like RSSowl is experiencing a buffer overflow when attempting to parse the title. The workaround is to uncheck the option to use the title as the name when adding the feed.

When I attempt to access this feed RSS Owl hangs indefinitely:

When I use the "Next" button I get the next news item, but when I use the "Previous" button I get the previous [i]feed[/i].
This doesn't make sense to me -- I expect that if clicking Next takes me to the next news item then clicking Previous should take me to the previous news item.
This happens even if the "Previous" button is set to "Previous News...
