Thanks for the help. I don't think that solved it, but I did do something else that solved it. I didn't have PEAR installed and I installed it. When I installed it and restarted Apache, it worked after that. I don't know if something else I did before became active after restarting Apache or if PEAR was necessary, however, it now works. Thanks.

Richard,
I am really looking forward to trying your program out, but I cannot get it installed. I have done everything according to the readme and have verified the database settings and tested them with the database. All I get when the pop window comes up is a blank screen, no error, nothing! I have tried firefox on winxp and Linux and IE on WinXP.
Any thoughts?

I would like to agree with this comment. All we need is a
checkbox to say, email this task to the person(s)
responsible to complete the task.
