Hey Chris and Mike,
I am actually annoyed with the username and password too. I didn't do that, it actually is a feature of the Ubuntu 9.04 Livecd (which is what Mundus OS v 1.0 is based off of).
Anyways, the username is: ubuntu
and there is no password (just hit enter)
