you need to install all lib for fpc ...
what distrib have you got ?
your pascal installation is not ok...
if you install free pascal , you will need this library ==>
/usr/lib/fpc//units/i386-linux/pthreads ...
depending on linux distribution , you should have a package named fpc-units or something like that..
if not go to freepascal site and download this unit ...

don't know why but previous package was not good one ??
put good one , and also some little bug correction..PLEASE VERIFY THAT /usr/local/bol is NOT in your PATH , or lot of problemes !!!!!!!
