I think it's better that add an file/folders difference option when checking a mfv. Now also mfv checks the file changes and file losts but it doesn't take a look at extra files that might be fount on root.

when some files has been checked, an error occured that aritmetic overflow according to file progress, but if you wanna continue it continue.
