I logged in to PyPI using a myOpenID ID and selected a package from the list on the right (zope.html in particular).
I received the following message:
Forbidden
You are not allowed to edit 'zope.html' package information
Logging out and then back in using HTTP Basic Auth allowed me to manage the package.

Has anyone come up with a way to provide multiple locations for a single document?
I'm interested in searching for documents in a region without having to do a separate join if possible.
