The reporter has confirmed that the application is properly optified. So it was not a bug really.

Which version have you installed?
I think that toMOTko-0.11.2-9 (fremantle) is already optified properly, otherwise it would not have been thumbed up 4 times here:

Especially by Mikko Vartiainen, who had raised this issue before.
