I don't have the slightest idea as code size depends on too much: your compiler and it's current settings, STL library, platform and more. You could also remove some of the files; http server/client, binary xml and others are optional. A wild guess would amount to around 50 .. 100k but this may or may not be true :-)
So you simply have to try yourself, preferably with varying combinations.
