Fixed. Buying a train is now always optional, but if the company is trainless, a highlighted warning will appear in the Message area that this is only correct if the company has no route.

I am not sure why this has changed - perhaps as a side effect of some code restructuring. Anyway, The Save directory now (again) defaults to the directory from which a file was loaded.
