Backup ssh Access does not work when 'Accept
ESTABILISHED and RELATED packages before the first
rule' is turned off since the package return path is
blocked by OUTPUT default DROP policy.
FWB generares the following rule:
# backup ssh access
#
$IPTABLES -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp -s SOME_EMERG_IP
--dport 22 -m state\
--state NEW -j ACCEPT
and should generate the pair below...

When assembling accounting rules, iptables compiler
generates a chain that is not used anywhere. This lost
chain should be used as a jump action in FORWARD chain
inside accounting rules set.
This is what FWB generates:
$IPTABLES -N RULE_8

$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -s 192.168.0.200 -d
