This is a feature request. Many sites have incorporated a web-based installation process. In principle, an NSIS install script has all of the information required to make this work. The EXE wrapper would need to be adapted to a Mozilla-style plugin as well as an ActiveX control, but once that was done, the makensis compiler could generate three binaries for each installer - a standard download...
