Current WiX provides only a very ugly way to choose the install folder. That is, widgets with Windows 3.1 style icons. Please provide a nicer way to choose the target folder. It could (should?) be similar to the dialog that NSIS and Inno Setup provide.
If that is impossible or will not be done for some reason, at least the widgets that are currently being provided should be updated to use...

ARSC 3.1-rc1-p1 has absolutely unacceptable support for international characters. Using htmlentities() to process any most of the user input is way too restrictive, and it breaks UTF8.
The patch attached here adds basig UTF-8 support to ARSC by:
* replacing all references to htmlentities() with references to htmlspecialchars();
* transcoding all translations into UTF-8;

I've noticed that PDF files created by PDFCreator are inaccessible in the sense that accented letters in them are borked for text readers and search engines, like Google. Also, the text that you copy from such file, gets pasted with wrong characters.

When sending a message, Squirrelmail ignores the fact,
that there are multibyte charsets out there, and
encodes BYTES instead of CHARACTERS. This ocasionally
results in single letter being spanned between two
RFC-2047 words. That doesn't comply with the RFC, and
results in incorrectly displayed headers when the
message is recieved by the other party.
