It seems, that error raised when you ran macros and dialogs installation (FuzzyInstaller_1.0.29Beta_en.sxd) before you installed UNO components (OOoFuzzyDraw, OOoFuzzyKernel, OOoFuzzyStorage packages).
UNO components must be installed before the macros and dialogs installation.
Please, follow instructions of the FuzzyMath Installation Guide...
