Sorry, BonkEnc does not differentiate between track and album artist yet.
I hope to get this into a snapshot release early next year and will add the <albumartist> pattern then.

Hi, I plan to release a new snapshot around New Year's Day. It will feature an album editing mode for the tag editor and several smaller fixes and improvements.
There will also be the release of BonkEnc 1.0.15 at about the same time.

The 32 bit version works just fine on 64 bit systems and a 64 bit version of BonkEnc would not be much faster anyway - if at all.
However, BonkEnc 1.1 will be available as a native 64 bit version and the latest alpha release (20090806) already is.

That's because a file name pattern like "track - artist - title" does not make much sense when combining all tracks into one file. There is no track number and no track title that applies to the combination of all tracks.
The file name pattern is ignored when combing multiple files and BonkEnc will always propose a file name of "artist - album".

Hi, I did a test run merging 36 MP3s (32 hours playtime) into one M4B yesterday, but did not find any problem. I did not have time to test merging more than 100 MP3s so I will do this today.
