So, I have done extensive troubleshooting and experimenting for weeks
yet I can not find a solution. I'm almost thinking it's a bug with
openvpn, but perhaps itis not.
Environment: Two Ubuntu Servers running OpenVPN 2.1_rc18. Running in
bridge modeon tap0 over UDP. Link speed is over a 30Mbit symmetrical
fiber to the home.
Problem: Speed is limited on the outbound to approx 300KB/sec...
