makeinfo doesn't understand long options, it seems it just skips them. For example,
C:\Users\muntyan\Projects\moo\doc>makeinfo --help
makeinfo: missing file argument.
Try `makeinfo --help' for more information.

Not sure why position doesn't work, it should. Perhaps it got overridden in preferences somehow.
Project plugin is hidden because I don't have resources to make it useful for others.
