You can load it by either doing [import apple] then [multitouch], or just create [apple/multitouch]. If neither of those work, please paste the error message into the bug report here.

.l_ia64 is fine as long as you are using the 64-bit/amd64 package. Do the maxlib objects not load properly?.

thanks for the report, can anyone else confirm this? I don't understand why including lib/asio would change anything because all of the ASIO files are compiled into Pd itself. In Miller's builds, he compiles the asio files into the asiolib.lib and not into Pd itself. As far as I understand it, Miller builds that with Microsoft Visual C (MSVC) while Pd-extended is built using MinGW, and a MSVC...

This is an interesting idea, but I'm not sure if its the best approach. I still think just ignoring folders called 'DISABLED' in any search path is more true to how the GUI plugins work because the mechanism for managing plugins will be the same whether its thru a GUI plugin or via file management, as it currently works.
