Hi, I wanted to know if the CRM had some kind of “customers survey”-module.
A functionality that allowed to manage customer questionnaires made by phone with questions such as:
- Are you satisfied with the product purchased?
- Would you buy it again?
- Etc.
We would like to store in the CRM the answers of each client and obtain statistical of their satisfaction.
