Saxon jars are now listed in the CLASSPATH. A shell script has been created to ensue the proper classpath and the documentation has been updated to reflect this.

Laika specs are failing when upgrading to JRuby 1.3.1. There appears to be an issue with the andand gem. The specs that are faliing have to do with the Joe Smith fixtures. Joe does not have an end date on some of his conditions and allergies. Laika should handle this gracefully. The XDS web service interface does not provide for a query that will return all sets of metadata stored in the registry. All XDS queries must provide a patient id. This can make troubleshooting with XDS difficult since a document/metadata may get pushed under the wrong patient id.
