I downloaded a Level1 dated 2009-March-04 from http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/level1.gz today.
I'm not using SafePeer, but the built-in 'IP Filters' in Vuze/Azureus. (See Tools>Options>IP Filters (at least it is in the Classic Interface).
Fill out 'IP Filter File to autoload' with the address: http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/level1.gz
(or any blocklist you want) and then you will...

Well I've put the recommended Bluetack Level1 stuff directly in the (new?) IP Filters options, and removed SafePeer plugin.
Appears to work fine (and fast too).
I've got 222,553 blocked IPs with the latest (2008-07-08) level1.gz.

Hum? My log reads:
6 Jul 08 10:12:11 - INFO -> Starting SafePeer Plugin synchronously
6 Jul 08 10:12:11 - INFO -> Periodic update of the IpFilter will occur every 48h0m5s
6 Jul 08 10:12:40 - INFO -> SafePeer exported 247095 entries to the IpFilter (currently 247095 entries)

SafePeer is working, but Blocklist Manager isn't (since Bluetack stopped supplying the list).
To get it all going again: (in menu item: Plugins > SafePeer)
1) Turn OFF 'Enable Blocklist Manager'
2) Put a valid drive and directory for the blocklist into 'Main Database URL'
(for example: file:///E:/_NewDownloads/_Azureus/splist.txt)
(Change this to a VALID directory on YOUR...

Hum... just checked around a bit.
Even the 'Text Search' function and 'The Forums' at freedb.org is not working (at the moment).
and
freedb2.org is really 'tracktype.org' a completly different database.
(See: http://tracktype.org/news.html )
They claimed that in 2006 they were supplying the data for MusicBrainz.
Anyway, it appears to work for the moment. I'll be checking...
