What's happening?

Command Line problem

I have repeatedly tried to make the command line option work...e.g. Backzip -set=MySet. I have tried this from the home folder of BackZip and I have tried it with two dashes (because that is the way that it appears in Help) and with one dash. No go! Is anyone responding to these problems? I can't wait too much longer to resolve this problem. I will have to use an alternate program...

Sticky Tooltip

Using WinXP, GAIM 1.4.0 and/or 1.5.0 From the buddy list, DOUBLE Click on a buddy. Conversation window opens with tooltip in the middle of the Conversation Window. CANNOT GET RID OF TOOLTIP WINDOW!!! If you click on the buddy,and then click the IM button, the Conversation window opens normally. Don't know if this is a Windows XP problem or a GAIM problem, but it sure is annoying!
