With the current CVS version, when creating a new
circulation in step 2/3 adapted when you click next
you see raw code popped up instead of rendered.
Closing that window allows you to continue setting up
the circulation correctly.

Currently this software is designed to 'attach' the
document, but in this manner if you are circulating a
document that you want changes incorporated into as it
moves through the circulation there is no direct
method.
Adding one (or more) fields in the same manner as the
attachment is but instead allowing for a path to a
server - then each user in the circulation
could 'open'...

Further testing shows this may be a leftover condition from
the bug where users were not created correctly in 2.6.0.
In my case I migrated my users from the 2.6.0 install into
the 2.6.1 install; saw the problem - but upon re-install
and re-creation of users the problem ONLY shows up when you
create a new circulation and choose custom emails instead
of...

When adding a new circulation error messages is given:
Error in SQL syntax
