You're using an old pyliblzma version.
New releases are only made through pypi.python.org ATM.
Latest version is 0.5.2 (requires python 2.6 or newer) and can be found at http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyliblzma .
If you're using an older python version use 0.5.1.
